Nominate a Neighborhood DoGood-er
The individual who has provided their neighborhood countless of hours of volunteering for causes, groups and the community they live in. These are individuals that are known in their neighborhood to always be the person that can be counted on and has a strong presence. Recipient can be anyone 18 and older that resides in Frederick County.
In honor of our 5th Annual DoGood-er Awards and these unprecedented times we are introducing a new Award for this year to highlight those individuals in our “Neighborhoods” in Frederick County that have been “Doing Good.” Is there an individual that you feel should be honored in some small way for their endless hours of volunteering to make your neighborhood better? Is there an individual that really stands out as volunteering their time and talents unselfishly? We would love to hear about them and their efforts. Since there are so many neighborhoods and sometimes, we may not be sure the exact neighborhood of a DoGood-er, we have simplified it to the High School Feeder System. This award is separate from our 8 core DoGood-er Awards. These nominees will be highlighted at our 5th Annual Awards Event to be held Thursday, Oct 8th .
